5. Client Responsibilities

- TMS, CRM, email, phone, or communication access where needed.
- Standard operating procedures.
- Escalation rules and approval processes.
- Customer, carrier, driver, load, billing, or shipment information.
- Internal compliance requirements.
- Communication guidelines and reporting expectations.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to SkyFreight Squad is accurate, lawful, authorized, and up to date.
SkyFreight Squad is not responsible for delays, errors, missed updates, billing issues, operational gaps, or service limitations caused by incomplete information, incorrect instructions, delayed responses, third-party system issues, or restricted access.
6. Access to Client Systems
If a client grants SkyFreight Squad access to any software, TMS, CRM, email inbox, communication platform, document system, billing system, or related business tool, the client confirms that they have the legal right to provide such access.
SkyFreight Squad will use client systems only for agreed business purposes. Clients remain responsible for managing permissions, user roles, access levels, security settings, and compliance requirements within their own systems.
Clients should not provide unnecessary access to sensitive systems or data. Access should be limited to what is required for the agreed service scope.
7. Confidentiality
During the course of business, SkyFreight Squad may receive confidential business information from clients, including operational data, customer information, carrier information, pricing details, billing records, SOPs, internal processes, and communication records.
SkyFreight Squad agrees to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose of providing agreed services.
Clients also agree not to disclose SkyFreight Squad's confidential business materials, pricing, internal processes, training materials, proposals, workflows, or service documentation without written permission.
Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in a separate agreement between SkyFreight Squad and the client.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our website and submission of personal or business information may be subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Fees and Payment
Fees, billing cycles, payment terms, service charges, pilot pricing, setup costs, and other commercial terms will be defined in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments must be made according to the payment terms provided by SkyFreight Squad.
Late payments may result in service delays, suspension, or termination. The client remains responsible for all outstanding amounts for services already provided.
13. Service Changes
SkyFreight Squad may update, modify, expand, reduce, or discontinue certain services, website content, features, pricing structures, or engagement models at any time.
For active clients, changes to agreed services will be handled according to the written agreement between SkyFreight Squad and the client.
14. No Guarantee of Freight Outcomes
SkyFreight Squad provides operational support services. We do not guarantee specific freight outcomes, delivery times, carrier performance, customer satisfaction, load availability, payment approval, claim resolution, dispute outcome, revenue growth, or business performance.
Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions, carrier relationships, customer contracts, freight rates, compliance obligations, insurance coverage, and final operational approvals.
15. Compliance
Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable transportation, logistics, employment, privacy, data protection, financial, tax, insurance, safety, and industry regulations related to their business.
SkyFreight Squad may assist with operational workflows, documentation, communication, and back-office processes, but we do not provide legal, tax, insurance, financial, or regulatory advice.
You should consult qualified professionals for legal, compliance, tax, insurance, or regulatory matters.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on the SkyFreight Squad website, including text, graphics, design, layout, branding, service descriptions, icons, images, processes, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SkyFreight Squad unless otherwise stated.

Any client materials provided to SkyFreight Squad remain the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
